SUDBURY – The Goodnow Library Children’s Department is excited to announce the winner of the “Magical Mania” children’s book tournament.
The final round of voting concluded Monday, March 28. Votes were counted for the last two books in the tournament, leaving only one remaining.
The winning book of the “Magical Mania” tournament on mystical creatures and spells was “Dragons Love Tacos” by Adam Rubin.
“I hope everyone had as much fun participating as we had holding the tournament,” Library Director Esme Green said. “We are already looking forward to our next tournament in 2023.”
The Library holds this tournament each year as a way to encourage children to expand their genre of books, creating a fun and interactive way to participate in reading.
