IPSWICH – The Ipswich Public Health Department and Council on Aging will once again partner with Conley’s Drug Store to provide a number of vaccinations to residents.
The clinic will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 1-3 p.m. at the Council on Aging Cafeteria in Town Hall, 25 Green St.
Vaccinations being offered include COVID-19 vaccinations (Moderna, Pfizer and Novavax); flu; shingles; pneumonia; tetanus, diptheria, pertussis (TDAP); RSV; Hepatitis B; measles, mumps, rubella (MMR II); meningitis ACWY (Menveo); and Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Multiple vaccines may be administered at the same time, with the exception of the MMR II vaccine.
Pre-registration is required to receive any vaccinations. Residents can pre-register using the link https://form.jotform.com/262215468274157. The link, which lists the qualifications and restrictions for each vaccination, can also be found on the Town website homepage.
Residents should bring their IDs, health insurance and Medicare cards, if applicable. Wearing loose-fitting clothing or short sleeves is recommended to make the vaccination process efficient.
