Town of Stow to Reopen Town Buildings to the Public This Summer

STOW – Town Administrator Denise Dembkoski and the Town of Stow announce that all town buildings will reopen to the public beginning Tuesday, July 6. 

As of May 18, 47% of Stow residents over the age of 15 are fully vaccinated and 68% of the population has at least one vaccine. The Town asks that all visitors to municipal buildings continue to wear facial coverings and maintain physical distancing until further notice. Fully vaccinated employees who provide proof of vaccination can opt not to wear a mask. 

The town will also be opening up public buildings for rental by town organizations, nonprofits and private entities on Sept. 1. 

In order to control the traffic and lower the risk for visitors and employees, the Town encourages residents to utilize online services as much as possible. If a resident wishes to obtain a document, they should call the office responsible for that document in advance of arriving at a town building.

Some departments may have additional appointment requirements; residents should check online before entering a public building.
