Bedford Police Arrest Two After March Gas Station Robbery

BEDFORD, N.H. — Chief John J. Bryfonski reports that the Bedford Police Department arrested two men in connection with a previous robbery at a local gas station.

As a result of a Bedford Police Investigation into the March 10 robbery at RPM Fuels on Rt. 101, JOSEPH RAPAGLIA, AGE 20, OF CANDIA and ALEX TORIBIO, AGE 18, OF NEWMARKET were arrested and charged with one count each of Unarmed Robbery.

The suspects turned themselves in after the Bedford Police Department secured warrants for their arrest.

Bedford Police responded at 8:44 p.m. on March 10 to the RPM Fuels station, located at 137 Rt. 101 for a reported robbery. According to the clerk, two males walked into the store and demanded cash. The suspects, identified as RAPAGLIA and TORIBIO, fled with a quantity of cash, and an investigation ensued.

The suspects were ordered held on $5,000 bail and will be arraigned July 27 at the 9th Circuit Court District Division at Merrimack.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
