On Wednesday, March 30, detectives from the Exeter Police Department, a member of the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and police from the Hampton and Portsmouth Police Departments, along with the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant at POTHIER’S residence.

The search was made in conjunction with an ongoing operation by undercover police officers, who were investigating the illegal use of computers and alleged possession and distribution of sexual abuse images of young children from within POTHIER’S condominium unit.

POTHIER was arrested on April 1 and arraigned at the 10th Circuit Court-District Division-Brentwood, where his bail was set at $50,000 cash/surety.

As an Aviation Safety Inspector for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), POTHIER was ordered to surrender his FAA credentials and passport.
