UPDATE Missing Billerica Children Found Safe and Unharmed

BILLERICA — The Billerica Police Department reports that the two 13-year-old children who were reported missing yesterday were found early this morning in a residential neighborhood of Billerica. They were unharmed and have been reunited with their families. No foul play is suspected.
