STONEHAM — Chief James O’Connor reports that the Stoneham Police Department arrested and charged a man with exposing himself during an incident at a local business.
ANDREY PAVLOV, 44, of WATERTOWN, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Open and Gross Lewdness
On March 22, Stoneham Police responded to a business on Main Street for a report of a man who had exposed himself to an employee inside the store.
Through an extensive investigation, it was determined that the man had also exposed himself at another business on Main Street on the same day. The suspect was then identified as PAVLOV.
As a result of a subsequent investigation, PAVLOV was placed under arrest on Friday, March 27 in Watertown by detectives from Stoneham Police and Watertown Police.
“I would like to acknowledge the diligent work of our detectives who worked tirelessly to identify and apprehend this suspect,” said Chief O’Connor. “We would like to thank Watertown Police for their assistance throughout this investigation.”
PAVLOV is scheduled to be arraigned in Woburn District Court.
