The Town of Blackstone is celebrating America turning 250 years old with a huge Semiquincentennial Celebration on July 24-26.

BLACKSTONE — Are you ready to join Blackstone’s upcoming celebration of America?

The Town of Blackstone is celebrating America turning 250 years old with a huge Semiquincentennial Celebration on July 24-26.

Celebration organizers are looking for top-tier vendors and local-favorite food trucks to help fuel the fun, and the March 31 deadline is quickly approaching.

With a full carnival, a massive fireworks display, a 5K race, and the unwavering support of the entire community, Blackstone’s 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration is set to be the landmark event of 2026.

If you want to introduce your business to thousands of families and visitors from across the region, secure a spot at the Celebration before it’s too late.

Organizers are offering multiple opportunities to join Blackstone’s 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration, in an effort to curate a premier lineup of flavors, unique finds and local talent:

  • Food Trucks — Bring your best menu to fuel thousands of hungry local families throughout our three-day festival.
  • Vendors & Artisans — From handmade goods to local retail, get your brand in front of a massive, engaged community.
  • Musicians & Artists — Seeking high-energy bands and performers to take the stage and provide the pulse of our historic weekend.

The Blackstone’s 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration will primarily take place at a centralized location, Blackstone-Millville High School, with high visibility and easy access. Vendors will benefit from the event’s diverse demographics, connecting with a wide audience ranging from local families to regional visitors and music fans.

While the Carnival festivities run for four days, vendor spaces are available for a 3-day window. Organizers will offer total flexibility. Vendors can apply for all three days or select only the specific dates that work for them. To ensure a great experience for both vendors and shoppers, organizers will limit similar-type crafts.

Payment will be calculated per day. Vendors only pay for the specific dates they have been approved for and plan to attend.

Blackstone’s 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration is a rain or shine event. Food trucks will be positioned outside, but there will be an indoor location for vendors.

Approved vendors will be notified by April 14.

Nonprofit organizations can register for a space at no charge by filling out the vendor registration form to secure a spot.

Although the event will span four days total, vendor and food truck hours will be held Friday, July 24, 4-9 p.m.; Saturday, July 25, 12-9 p.m.; and Sunday July 26, 12-5 p.m.

All interested participants must submit a completed application by March 31. Please be advised that this is a juried event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Blackstone’s 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration organizers will curate the vendor list to ensure a variety of offerings and the best fit for the Blackstone community.

All food vendors are required to possess and display valid Town of Blackstone Health Permits and proof of insurance. Approved vendors must meet all local Board of Health and Fire Department safety regulations.

“I can’t wait to see our full list of applicants,” said Blackstone’s 250th Semiquincentennial Celebration organizer Chie Ferrelli. “We’re looking for amazing eats, handmade treasures from local artists and craftspeople, and eclectic performers ready to take our center stage. There’s no shortage of talent surrounding the Blackstone Valley, and this is the perfect opportunity to both discover and demonstrate what makes this community so special.”

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this milestone event. Space is limited, and the selection process is competitive. Click here to apply.
