WENHAM – Chief Kevin DiNapoli is pleased to announce that the Wenham Police Department is commemorating America’s 250th anniversary with newly designed badges honoring the milestone.
In recognition of the nation’s milestone, members of the department will wear commemorative 250th anniversary badges, symbolizing the country’s history and the department’s commitment to the Wenham community.
The badges feature elements that pay tribute to the country’s founding and legacy, such as a bald eagle, the Declaration of Independence and the Statue of Liberty.
“This anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on our nation’s history and the values that guide us today,” said Chief DiNapoli. “We are honored to recognize this milestone and to continue to serve our community with dedication and pride.”
