The Psychological Center Appoints Holly Howes as Interim Executive Director

LAWRENCE —  The Psychological Center (TPC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Holly Howes as Interim Executive Director, effective immediately. Howes succeeds Carina Pappalardo, who previously served as Chief Executive Officer.

Howes brings extensive leadership experience to the role, most recently serving as Human Resources Director at Comfort Home Care. She is also a former member of the TPC Board of Directors.

With a strong background in leadership, change management, and organizational development, Howes is recognized for her “people first” philosophy and commitment to building strong, collaborative teams.

“I am honored to return to The Psychological Center in this capacity,” said Howes. “I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff, supporting the incredible programs we offer, and ensuring that every employee feels heard, valued, and supported.”

In her role, Howes is committed to upholding the importance of TPC’s mission and the work done for those served, creating a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment, and ensuring employees feel recognized and supported in their roles.
