BRIDGEWATER — Police Chief Christopher D. Delmonte reports that a Bridgewater man was arrested this week following an investigation into claims that he engaged in inappropriate communications and exposed himself to children.

On Tuesday, June 16, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Bridgewater Police Detectives and patrol officers were made aware of allegations involving interactions between several girls age 12 and 13 and an individual known to them as “Jay.”

The individual known as “Jay” presented himself as 17 years old during his conversations with the girls through FaceTime and in-person.

A subsequent investigation by Bridgewater Police identified “Jay” as ORATE KYLE GRAHAM, 20, of BRIDGEWATER.

The investigation further revealed that GRAHAM regularly engaged in interactions with the minor victims. During those interactions, GRAHAM exposed himself and he requested that the minors expose themselves to him.

On Thursday, June 18, at approximately 4:42 p.m., GRAHAM was arrested and charged with:

  • Disseminating Obscene Matter to a Minor (two counts)
  • Accosting or Annoying Another Person

GRAHAM was then taken to the Plymouth County House of Correction and held on $25,000 bail.

This case remains under investigation by Bridgewater Police, including Officer Theodore Barbetto, Detective Nicholas Chmielinski, Detective Jacob Poulin, together with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.

These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
