L.E.A.D. and Leadline Partner to Strengthen Law Enforcement Agencies Through Smarter Hiring and Community Investment

New Agreement Puts Resources Back Into Agencies — and Into the Classroom

ALLENTOWN, N.J. — L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence) today announced a new strategic partnership with Leadline, Inc., a modern talent acquisition and recruiting platform built to serve government agencies and public-sector organizations. Under the agreement, law enforcement agencies that adopt Leadline’s recruitment platform through a referral from L.E.A.D. will receive a $500 credit to be applied toward their L.E.A.D. program — supporting training, curriculum materials, celebrations, community outreach, and more.

The partnership reflects a shared belief that strong law enforcement agencies — ones with the people, tools, and community trust to do their jobs effectively — are essential to public safety. Leadline helps agencies modernize recruiting by attracting, engaging, and managing qualified candidates throughout the talent acquisition process, while L.E.A.D. provides those same agencies with the evidence-based drug and violence prevention curriculum they need to fulfill their community outreach mission.

“Leadline’s mission has always been to serve the public sector — to make it easier for government agencies to find and hire the people who protect and support our communities,” said Anthony Socci, CEO, Leadline. “Our partnership with L.E.A.D. gives us the opportunity to extend that commitment even further by helping agencies invest not just in their workforce, but in the prevention programs that make their communities safer.”

For L.E.A.D., the partnership adds practical value for member agencies at a time of significant momentum. L.E.A.D. recently launched its partnership with Botvin LifeSkills® Training — the nation’s leading evidence-based drug and violence prevention curriculum — and is expanding its Community Prevention Officer initiative to bring law enforcement-led prevention programming beyond the classroom. Pairing that mission with a tool that helps agencies build and sustain strong teams makes the case for prevention education easier to carry forward.

“Law enforcement agencies across the country are doing extraordinary work — on the street and in the classroom — often with limited resources,” said Nick DeMauro, Executive Director and CEO of L.E.A.D. “This partnership with Leadline helps us support the agencies that support us. When an agency invests in better hiring through Leadline, that $500 credit goes right back into their L.E.A.D. program — into the training, the materials, and the community connections that make prevention education work.”
