Second Person, a Juvenile, Arrested In Connection with April’s Burlington Mall Shooting

BURLINGTON — Police Chief Michael Kent reports that Burlington Police Detectives today made a second arrest in connection with the shooting of a man in the Burlington Mall parking lot in April.

A JUVENILE MALE, AGE 15, OF LOWELL, was arrested today and will face a number of charges in Lowell Juvenile Court.

On the evening of April 14, a man was shot in the mall parking lot and treated at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center for non life-threatening injuries. Police were confident immediately that the shooting was not a random act of violence.

The investigation into this case remains open and ongoing.
