Tyngsborough Police Seeking Suspect in Bank Robbery

TYNGSBOROUGH — Police Chief Richard Howe announces that the Tyngsborough Police Department is seeking a suspect who robbed a bank in town this afternoon.

At 2:05 p.m., a man walked into the TD Bank on Middlesex Road and passed the teller a note, demanding money, indicating that he had a gun.

The suspect was given an undetermined amount of money and was last seek running on foot up Middlesex Road northbound.

The suspect is described as 5’8″, with a gray hooded sweatshirt, mustache and beard, and brown sunglasses. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
