BILLERICA — The Billerica Police Department responded Tuesday afternoon to a serious crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle.
On Tuesday, April 14, at approximately 4:45 p.m., the Billerica Police Department was called to the intersection of Rogers and Faulkner streets for a report of a crash.
First responders arrived to discover a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.
The motorcycle driver, an adult male, suffered serious injuries and was transported by Billerica EMS to Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
Rogers and Faulkner streets are expected to be closed in the area for several hours to facilitate crash reconstruction.
The crash remains under investigation by the Billerica Police Department, with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section.
