Bedford Police Department Invites Community To Open House

Chief John Fisher would like to invite the community to tour the Bedford Police Department’s newly renovated police station and to learn more about the upcoming Bedford Police Citizen’s Experience. 

BEDFORD — Chief John Fisher would like to invite the community to tour the Bedford Police Department’s newly renovated police station and to learn more about the upcoming Bedford Police Citizen’s Experience. 

WHEN:

Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

WHERE:

Bedford Police Department, 2 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA 01730

WHAT:

Police officers, dispatchers and command staff will be on hand to greet guests as the Bedford Police Department opens its newly renovated police station to the public. Light refreshments will be served as community members explore the new station and see the work that has been completed.

Community members will also have an opportunity to learn about the upcoming Bedford Police Citizen’s Experience, which will offer a hands-on chance to learn about police units and procedures, how investigations are conducted, hiring, recruiting, dispatch and patrol operations and more. 

The Bedford Police Citizen’s Experience will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights from Nov. 29 to Dec. 30. To learn more or to sign up, visit: https://www.bedfordma.gov/847/BPD-Citizens-Experience.
