BROOKLINE — Town Administrator Mel Kleckner wishes to provide the following statement regarding a federal court decision announced today:
“Today, an opinion and order was issued by the United States District Court granting summary judgment in favor of the the Town of Brookline, as well as current and former Select Board members, current and former town staff and the International Association of Firefighters Local 950 in the matter of Gerald Alston v. the Town of Brookline.”
The court decision is accessible here. The Town has no further comment on this case.
