ROCHESTER — City Manager Blaine Cox and Rochester Main Street Executive Director Angela Mills invite vendors to apply for the city’s annual fireworks celebration.
Vendors interested in participating must first fill out the Vendor Application form, which includes event information as well as vendor rules and regulations.
The 2020 Rochester Fireworks Festival will take place Thursday, July 2, from 6:30-10 p.m. at the Rochester Community Center, 150 Wakefield St.
In addition to the fireworks show at 9:30 p.m., the event will feature food, face painting, children’s games, live music and more.
Event parking is allowed in all city parking lots, at the former Ben Franklin parking lot at 60 Wakefield St., and in limited availability at the Community Center. A free COAST shuttle will run during the event between the Community Center and the city parking lots on North Main Street, on Union Street and at the city municipal campus.
The third annual Rochester Fireworks Festival is co-sponsored by the City of Rochester and Rochester Main Street.
“The Fireworks Festival is a terrific event that is fun for the whole family,” Mills said. “We encourage interested vendors to apply, and hope to see another strong turnout from the community.”
