Armstrong Ambulance to Drop Off Hundreds of Donated Clothes

ARLINGTON — Armstrong Ambulance is pleased to announce members of its team will drop off several hundred items of warm clothing for those in need this winter.

Armstrong Ambulance and Bay Cove Human Services

WHEN:

Wednesday, Jan. 2 at 11 a.m.

WHERE: 

Bay Cove Human Services, 157 Friend St., Boston

WHAT: 

Armstrong will kick off 2019 by using one of its ambulances to deliver the items collected through its Winter Warmth Drive prior to the holiday season. The items were collected at each of Armstrong Ambulance’s bases.

“I’m so grateful for the support our communities showed by participating in this clothing drive and helping us collect so many items to help those in need stay warm this winter,” Armstrong CEO Richard Raymond said.

During its Winter Warmth drive, which took place from late November through Dec. 20, Armstrong collected 892 warm clothing items, including coats, socks, sweaters, pants, gloves and more.
