ROCKLAND — Principal John Harrison is pleased to announce that several members of the Rockland High School community visited Gillette Stadium last week to accept the District C Sportsmanship award on behalf of the school.

Athletic Director Gary Graziano, Principal Harrison and eight student athletes were honored at the event, where eight schools in Massachusetts were recognized for the work their staff, students, parents, families and entire school community do throughout each athletic season to exhibit sportsmanship.

“I am so proud of everyone involved in our athletic programs for helping Rockland High earn this award,” Principal Harrison said. “An honor like this is the result of a community-wide commitment to good sportsmanship across all of our sports.”
