Paraben Corporation to Re-brand as Two Distinct Companies

ASHBURN, Va. — Paraben Corporation announces that the digital forensics company has separated into two separate entities in order to better serve each organization’s consumer base.

The separation will allow Paraben Corporation to focus solely on providing forensically sound software to law enforcement, military and other professional digital forensic investigators. Paraben Consumer, the newest of the two companies, will focus on its market of personal investigation tools for the everyday cell phone and computer user. The final processes of the division are expected to be completed on October 25.

“As a company, Paraben has always strived to provide the absolute highest quality product to our consumers and this re-branding will allow us to do so even more so in both markets that our company serves,” said Amber Schroader, CEO of Paraben Corporation. “We want to assure our customers that this is a positive move within our organization and that the level of quality and service we provide will not falter.”

Schroader will remain CEO of Paraben Corporation, the only woman-owned digital forensics company in the United States. Rob Schroader, the former president of Paraben Corporation, will take over as CEO of Paraben Consumer.

“I am excited for my transition within the organization and look forward to leading this new Paraben brand,” said Rob Schroader. “While our company will now be two separate entities, both Paraben Corporation and Paraben Consumer will continue to provide the highest level of service and the best quality product to our customers.”
