Burlington Police Charge Second Suspect in Connection with October Home Invasion

BURLINGTON — Police Chief Michael R. Kent is pleased to report that a second suspect has been charged in connection with an October home invasion.

THOMAS J. MAHAN, AGE 20, OF HAVERHILL was arrested at his home today by Burlington Police Detectives with the assistance of Haverhill Police.

MAHAN is charged with:

  • Home Invasion (Four Counts)
  • Assault with Intent to Commit Armed Robbery (Four Counts)
  • Conspiracy

MAHAN was expected to be arraigned this afternoon in Woburn District Court. The case remains under investigation by Burlington Police.
