Rochester Online Payments System to Undergo Temporary Shutdown Next Month

ROCHESTER – City Manager Blaine Cox announces that the online payment feature for utility bill and property tax payments will be temporarily disabled in mid-November.

Residents will not be able to access the city’s online payments system from Nov. 12-18 as the system undergoes back-end upgrades. While residents will see no changes once the new version is installed, it is important for the system to not have any open tasks while the upgrade is ongoing.

“We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but our hope is that providing advance notice will give residents time to complete any outstanding transactions prior to the temporary shutdown,” City Manager Cox said.

Rochester’s online bill pay system is accessible by clicking here.
