East Providence is JGPR client, and we have multiple employees, including federally-trained public information officers headed to the scene.
As information develops, we are asking members of the media to please kindly refrain from calling East Providence Police/Fire dispatch, and save those telephone lines for emergency us. Media can always call our 24/7 hotline, 617-993-0003.
East Providence Police is offering 111 Dexter Road as a media staging area. Media will be allowed in to park and assemble at that location.
