MILFORD — Superintendent Craig Consigli and Woodland Elementary School Principal David McGovern report that an 8-year-old student at the Woodland school was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle Thursday afternoon.
Milford Public Schools officials are in contact with the child’s family, and officials from the school district are in contact with the Milford Police and Fire Departments.
Principal McGovern has also spoken with the child’s teachers, and counseling resources will be on-hand at the Woodland Elementary School on Friday morning.
