Concord Police Execute Arrest Warrant for Concord Man

CONCORD — Police Chief Thomas Mulcahy reports that the Concord Police Department has arrested and charged a Concord man following a lengthy investigation.

JOHN GRACE, AGE 56, of CONCORD, was arrested at his North Branch Road home and charged with the following:

  • Violation of Harassment Prevention Order

On Sept. 22, Concord Police responded to the area of Monument Square for a report of a sign directed toward the Superintendent of the Concord and Concord-Carlisle Regional school districts.

Over the next several weeks, Concord Police responded to and investigated multiple reports of signs that were placed around town directed at the superintendent.

Through its investigation, Concord Police, in partnership with the Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, identified the suspect as GRACE.

In May 2025, the superintendent had filed for and was granted a Harassment Protection Order against GRACE. As a result of the investigation, Concord Police sought and were granted an arrest warrant, which was executed on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at approximately 9:53 a.m.

GRACE was arrested without incident. GRACE was arraigned in Concord District Court on Tuesday.
