Tewksbury Police Department Arrests Lowell Woman on Drug Charges

TEWKSBURY — Chief Ryan Columbus reports that the Tewksbury Police Department arrested a Lowell woman on drug charges following an ongoing investigation.

GRACIELA PAULINO, AGE 28, of LOWELL, was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Distribution of a Class B Drug
  • Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card (Subsequent Offense)
  • Possession with intent to Distribute a Class D Drug

On Monday, Nov. 10, at approximately 6:20 p.m., members of the Tewksbury Police Narcotics Unit were operating in the area of 95 Main St. as part of an ongoing investigation, and observed what appeared to be a drug transaction.

Tewksbury Police initiated a traffic stop of an involved vehicle, an Audi A6. The driver was identified as PAULINO

As a result of the investigation, PAULINO was placed under arrest. 

PAULINO is scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Wednesday. 

These are allegations. All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
