A Statement from Littleton Public Schools Superintendent Kelly Clenchy on Shaker Lane Vote

LITTLETON — The following is a statement from Littleton Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Kelly R. Clenchy:

“Littleton voters have shown strong support for our students and schools. With Saturday’s vote, our community has approved the debt exclusion to build a new Shaker Lane Elementary School.

“This is an important step toward providing a safe and modern learning environment for our youngest learners. We are grateful for the trust placed in our schools and for the thoughtful engagement that brought us to this moment.

“We will now move forward with our partners to deliver a school that reflects the values of Littleton and supports our students for generations to come. Thank you to our residents, Town leaders, the School Committee and the Shaker Lane Building Committee for their commitment to this project and to the children of our community.”
