JACOBS was arrested without incident and transported to a local hospital.
The two occupants of the Honda CRV were evaluated by the Tewksbury Fire Department on scene.
Both vehicles were towed by Stuart’s Towing.
JACOBS was arraigned bedside at an area hospital on Monday, Oct. 20.
Tewksbury Police will not be releasing a booking photo.
