GEORGETOWN — The Georgetown Water Department is currently at the scene of a water main break, and crews are actively working to make repairs.
Crews responded shortly after 6 p.m. to the area around East Main Street and Penn Brook Avenue. Georgetown Water staff and contractors are working to excavate the area and isolate the break before making repairs.
Residents in the immediate area may notice low water pressure or no water service until the break is fully repaired.
The Water Department will provide updates as repairs progress.
