DOVER — The Town of Dover is proud to announce the launch of its CityCares Municipal Portal, a new tool that will allow residents to request services and report issues on their phones or through a website.
The CityCares tool is now available at doverma.novokiosk.com or by searching for “CityCares” in the App Store or Play Store.
CityCares empowers Dover residents to easily request services and report issues such as clogged catch basins, potholes, downed trees, street repair requests, and anything else that they may need.
This initiative reflects Dover‘s commitment to exceptional customer service and meaningful citizen engagement. Town staff will utilize advanced dashboards and reporting tools to:
- Identify and address problem areas across the community
- Enhance response times
- Streamline communication with residents
- Effectively prioritize town projects
“This new tool will bring town services directly to our residents’ fingertips,” said Department of Public Works Director Kevin J. McCabe. “It is now easier than ever to notify our town staff of any issues in Dover or requests that residents have.”
