The Psychological Center’s Mardi Gras Derby Returns May 3 to Raise Critical Funds for Community Healing and Recovery

LAWRENCE — The Psychological Center will host a vibrant evening of dinner, dancing, and giving during its annual Mardi Gras Derby.

On Saturday, May 3, at the Haverhill Country Club, from 5:30-9:30 p.m., The Psychological Center (TPC) will host its annual Mardi Gras Derby fundraiser to support life-saving programs for local residents facing addiction, homelessness, and mental health challenges.

Every dollar raised helps transform lives through TPC’s signature services. Supporting this initiative directly strengthens the health and resilience of the local community through the following programs:

  • Daybreak Shelter: Emergency shelter, triage, meals, and street outreach
  • Pegasus House: Residential care for young women in recovery
  • Women’s View: Long-term support for adult women healing from addiction and trauma

TPC tackles the root causes of addiction and homelessness, empowering people to become engaged citizens, productive workers, and caring neighbors they aspire to be.

Sponsorships and tickets are available now. Benefits include VIP seating, digital program ads, and bonus visibility at TPC’s Overcoming Obstacles Gala in October. Sponsorships start at $350. Tickets are $100 per person, $175 per couple, and $850 for a table of 10. Purchase tickets and explore sponsorship options here
