BERKLEY — Chief Christopher Baker reports that the Berkley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects in connection with recent vehicle break-ins.

The Berkley Police Department is investigating several incidents that occurred overnight on Feb. 14, involving the break-in or attempted break-in of at least nine vehicles.

The incident occurred between 1 and 2 a.m. in the Tide Meadows Drive and Cranberry Lane neighborhoods.

The preliminary investigation indicates that two suspects were involved in the break-ins. Both suspects are believed to be women and were seen walking the neighborhood with a dog during that timeframe.

Police are actively gathering and reviewing evidence, including surveillance footage from the area. One of the suspects was recorded on surveillance video inside one of the victim’s vehicles.

Police are asking residents of the area to check their security cameras and report any suspicious activity that may help the investigation.

Anyone with information regarding the incident or suspects is encouraged to contact Berkley Police by calling 508-822-7040 or emailing Sgt. Kevin Realini at Sgt.Realini@Berkleyma.us.
