Hampton Academy Students Learn to Ski and Snowboard During Ski Club

HAMPTON — Superintendent Dr. Lois Costa and Principal Dr. Neal Campbell are pleased to share that Hampton Academy Ski Club recently wrapped up a five-week learn to ski and snowboard program.

HAMPTON — Superintendent Dr. Lois Costa and Principal Dr. Neal Campbell are pleased to share that Hampton Academy Ski Club recently wrapped up a five-week learn to ski and snowboard program at Pat’s Peak in Henniker. 

Nearly 130 Hampton Academy students participated in the Ski Club alongside students from schools from across the region.

Students of all levels, including some experiencing their first New England winter, were encouraged to participate.

“This program provides a valuable opportunity for students to learn to ski and snowboard, all while forming relationships with each other and students from other schools,” said Dr. Campbell. “A huge thank you to coordinators Ellen Morrissey and Jacqui Kennedy for their dedication to making this such a memorable and enriching experience. Fun was had by all!”
