EASTON — Superintendent Lisha Cabral is pleased to share that Easton Public Schools is welcoming three new administrators ahead of the 2024-25 school year.
Anthony Kopacz was hired by the district as Director of Facilities and Operations. Colleen Clark was hired as Nurse Coordinator. Nate Crossman was named Assistant Principal of Easton Middle School.
In addition to administrative hires, the district is welcoming a number of new hires including paraprofessionals, therapeutic service providers, and classroom teachers.
“We are fortunate to have had such a qualified and diverse pool of candidates interested in joining the Easton Public Schools team,” said Superintendent Cabral.
Anthony Kopacz

Kopacz has worked in facilities directorial and managerial roles for almost 20 years. He has worked within school districts, universities and corporations overseeing maintenance procedures by adhering to budgets, updating plans and training programs, and coordinating and collaborating with custodial staff.
Kopacz has a certificate in Leadership in Education Facilities from the Association of Physical Plant Administrators.
Kopacz served in the Rhode Island Army National Guard for 22 years. His titles as a member of the National Guard include Platoon Squad Leader, Assistant Platoon Sergeant and Interim Platoon Sergeant.
Colleen Clark

A Middleborough resident, Clark has worked as a school nurse for Easton Public Schools for 11 years. Throughout her career, Clark has had a multitude of nursing experiences in hospital and school settings.
In her role as Nurse Coordinator, Clark will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing program throughout the District. She will also lead initiatives related to the strengthening and updating of registration processes, health and wellness committees, and the Medical Emergency and Crisis Response plans.
Clark is a certified school nurse in all levels. She also has a Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and is a certified Basic Life Support instructor. She received her master’s degree in School Nursing from Cambridge College.
Nate Crossman

Crossman joins Easton Public Schools with eight years of administrative leadership experience. He had spent his career with Brockton Public Schools, where he served as Associate Principal and Interim Principal.
As part of his previous role, Crossman was the high-stakes test coordinator, Multi-Tiered System of Supports team leader, curriculum and planning leader for Grades 6-8, and liaison for Grades K-5.
Crossman is a resident of North Easton. He received his Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Fitchburg State University. He also has a post-Master’s certificate in Principal and Supervisor Licensure from Curry College.
“We are thrilled to have these dedicated individuals bring their passion and experience to the Easton community,” said Superintendent Cabral. “We believe each of them is equipped to make a positive impact, and we welcome them into their new roles.”
