LUDLOW — The Town of Ludlow announces that the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission will be conducting a water pipe improvement project in Ludlow starting on Monday.

The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission will be replacing water pipes on Pine Street in Ludlow starting on Monday, July 29. The project is expected to continue through November with typical working hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., depending on the weather.
