Stoneham Police Respond to Report of a Physical Altercation at Stop & Shop

STONEHAM — Police Chief James O’Connor reports that the Stoneham Police Department responded to a report of a physical altercation involving a 15-year-old juvenile and an adult male.

STONEHAM — Police Chief James O’Connor reports that the Stoneham Police Department responded to a report of a physical altercation involving a 15-year-old juvenile and an adult male.

At 2:53 p. m., police officers responded to the call at a Stop & Shop located at 259 Main St, Stoneham, MA.

As a precautionary measure, the juvenile was transported to an area hospital, and their parents were notified.

The juvenile suffered no serious injuries.

The incident remains under investigation by the Stoneham Police Department, and at this time, the department has no further information to provide.
