On Friday, April 19, at approximately 8:52 a.m., Officer Kyle Monahan was on patrol in the area of Main Street when he observed a vehicle with a large crack on its windshield. Officer Monahan ran the vehicle’s license plate, which revealed that the registered owner had a suspended license.

Officer Monahan stopped the vehicle and determined that LAWLER was operating on a license that was previously suspended due to a conviction for Operating Under the Influence. LAWLER was taken into custody.
