CHELMSFORD – Police Chief Colin Spence is pleased to report that Chelmsford Police officers will join staff at the Establishment in Chelmsford for a Tip A Cop event to raise money for the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
WHEN:
Friday, March 22, from 4 to 8 p.m.
WHERE:
The Establishment, 75 Princeton St., Chelmsford, MA
WHAT:
Chelmsford Police officers will serve as celebrity hosts and servers during a special Tip a Cop event in which all tips earned by police will be donated to the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
This event is being held in partnerships with the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Massachusetts, a grassroots effort in which police work to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics athletes.
Tip a Cop is aimed at allowing the restaurant and law enforcement to bring together colleagues, families and friends to support their local Special Olympics athletes and teams.
“I’d like to invite the community to join us on Friday, March 22, as we serve delicious meals from the Establishment and raise money for Special Olympics,” said Chief Spence. “This is a great cause and it should be a great event that we are really looking forward to.”
