Carver Police Department Arrest Two Men on Drug and Firearm Charges Following Execution of Search Warrant

STEVEN FARRELL, AGE 64, OF CARVER, was arrested and charged with:

  • Possession of a Class B Substance (Cocaine)
  • Possession of a Firearm Without a Firearms Identification Card
  • Possession of Ammunition Without a Firearms Identification Card
  • Improper Storage of a Firearm Without a Firearms Identification Card

SEAN HEALEY, AGE 38, OF CARVER, was arrested and charged with:

  • Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute (Crack Cocaine)
  • Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute (Methamphetamine, Meth)
  • Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine)
  • Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute (Fentanyl)

On Friday, Feb. 16, at approximately 6:50 a.m., Carver Police officers, along with members of the Middleboro Police Department, Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department Personnel, K-9 and BCI Unit executed a search warrant in the area of Marks Way following a months-long investigation.

Officers cleared the residence and arrested FARRELL and HEALEY on-scene without incident.

As a result of their search, officers located and seized two digital scales, several clear plastic bags containing white powdery substances, which were later determined to be cocaine, crack cocaine, meth and fentanyl. Officers also located $590 cash, a shotgun, and ammunition.

Both suspects were transported to the Carver Police Department for booking.

FARRELL and HEALEY were arraigned in Wareham District Court on Friday, Feb. 16.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
