QUINCY — The staff of the Thomas Crane Public Library are proud to present “Cultivating Calm: Sustainable Stress Management” event, this month. 

WHEN: 

Saturday, Jan. 13 from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. 

WHERE: 

Community Meeting Room, Main Library, 40 Washington St. 

WHAT: 

Join members of the Thomas Crane Public Library for a stress management event led by Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and renowned speaker Olivia Nakimera.

Throughout the event, participants will learn about the effects of stress on one’s body and overall wellbeing. Participants will explore practical strategies and ways to integrate stress management skills into their day-to-day lives.

As a wellness educator, Nakimera helps high-achieving women navigate the stresses associated with motherhood and assists them in their wellness journeys. Before training to become a Health Coach, Nakimera served as a Corporate Finance Assistant Vice President for over 15 years in Boston.

This event is free and no registration is required.
