NAHANT – Chief Timothy Furlong is pleased to share that Nahant Police participated in its second annual Stuff-A-Cruiser toy drive.
Nahant Police filled over three police cruisers with new and unwrapped toys during their stuff a cruiser event. The toys were then donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Lynn to benefit children in need this holiday season.
“I want to thank members of our department, volunteers and community members for their time and donations during the event,” said Chief Furlong. “This year we collected even more toys for children as we needed three cruisers to transport them all. I would also like to thank the Boys and girls Club of Lynn for partnering with us and helping us give back this holiday season.”
Nahant Police would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holidays.
