Peterborough Elementary School Currently Holding Clothing Drive

PETERBOROUGH-Superintendent Kimberly Rizzo Saunders and Principal Larry Pimental pleased to share that Peterborough Elementary School is holding a clothing drive.

Peterborough Elementary will be collecting items for the clothes drive from now until Tuesday, Nov. 21. Donations can be dropped off at Peterborough Elementary, 17 High St., from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Accepted clothing drive items include clean, slightly used bagged clothing and shoes, from infant to adult sizes.

Donated items will be offered to the Peterborough community at a free clothing shop held at Peterborough Elementary on Saturday, Dec. 2.

The clothing shop is open to the public and anyone who is interested in finding new clothing, donating clothing is welcome to attend.

“This clothing drive is a wonderful way for community members to come together and connect,” said Principal Pimental. “I encourage our school community to donate any items they may have available that no longer fit or are no longer worn. I would also like to invite community members to our free clothing shop where they will have an opportunity to expand their wardrobe or find something that is new to them in a fun and interactive way.”
