Town of Rye Public Library and Rye Recreation to Host Fall Family Fun Night

RYE — Town Administrator Matthew Scruton is pleased to announce that the Rye Public Library and Rye Recreation Department are hosting a Fall Family Fun Night for residents and community members.  

WHEN: 

Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 3-7:45 p.m. 

WHERE: 

Rye Public Library, Library Common, 581 Washington Rd.  

WHAT: 

Rye Public Library and Rye Recreation will be hosting a Fall Family Fun Night event that will feature pumpkin decorating for all ages, a costume contest, and an outdoor screening of the movie Coco. 

The event is free and is open to the public.  

Pumpkin decorating will take place from 3-4 p.m. Residents and community members are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes for the costume contest which be held at 5 p.m.  

The movie screening of Coco, rated PG, will begin at sundown and residents and community members should bring lawn chairs and blankets. Popcorn and snacks will be provided.
