PLAINVILLE — The Town of Plainville announces that the Plainville Humanitarian Response Team is collecting essential goods for migrant families amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

In June, Gov. Maura Healey declared a state of emergency due to rapidly rising numbers of migrant families arriving in Massachusetts in need of shelter and services, and a severe lack of shelter availability in the state.
