Littleton Police Department Invites Community to Smoothie With a Cop Event

LITTLETON — Chief Matthew Pinard and the Littleton Police Department invite community members to join Littleton Police officers for smoothies and conversation this Saturday.

Great Road Nutrition, 675 Great Road

WHAT:

The Smoothie With a Cop event creates an opportunity for police to share an informal conversation and refreshments with members of the community. 

Rita Biagioni, owner of Great Road Nutrition, first proposed the event to LPD. Smoothie With a Cop, a play on the popular Coffee With a Cop, is designed to give residents an opportunity to get to know members of the Department. 

“We hope to see residents of Littleton join us for a smoothie and get to know both officers and command staff of the Department,” said Chief Pinard. “Littleton Police seeks to be open and transparent with our community, and keeping lines of communication open is crucial to those efforts.”
