NEW LONDON — Superintendent Winfried Feneberg and the Kearsarge Regional School District congratulate the members of the Class of 2023 who plan to continue participation in athletics after graduation.
Seniors who are moving on to participate in college athletics were recognized in a ceremony at Kearsarge Regional High School on Monday, June 5.
Those athletes are:
- Kylin Frenkiewich — St. Anselm’s College — Cross Country / Track & Field
- Ella Stocker — Curry College — Soccer
- Hannah Goen — Mount Holyoke College — Basketball
- Adi Whitty — Nichols College — Basketball
- Kaleb Mattice — Utica University — Soccer
“I want to congratulate all of our student-athletes who will continue to both study and practice in college,” said Superintendent Feneberg. “Student-athletes must balance both academics and sports, and that can be a big job, but it is also rewarding and helps build character and competitiveness. These student-athletes made us proud during their careers at Kearsarge, and we are sure they will continue to impress at the next level.”
