WHAT:
The Burlington Public Library recently participated in March Minute Madness which is a reading competition among 22 libraries throughout Massachusetts. Burlington won the reading contest by a landslide with over 495,000 minutes of reading logged by more than 650 patrons.
“We want to thank our patrons for their success in the March Minute Madness competition,” said Library Director Michael Wick. “We appreciate our patrons and want to say thank you for their support with a day dedicated to them,”
The event will include cookies donated by Wegmans and MOM’s Organic Market, raffles, music and special programs sponsored by the Friends of the Burlington Public Library.
