STONEHAM — Chief James McIntyre is pleased to announce that the Stoneham Police Department is actively seeking full-time lateral transfers.
The Stoneham Police Department is seeking highly motivated and community-oriented police officers to fill lateral transfer positions.
Starting salary ranges from $57,623 to $72,867 depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits including:
- Educational incentive
- Uniform allowance
- Shift differential
- Health Insurance plans with an 80/20 percentage split between Town and Employee
Candidates must have completed the MPTC full-time police academy and have a valid Massachusetts motor vehicle operator’s license, Civil Service status, and a license to carry for Massachusetts.
Additionally, candidates must be eligible for transfer from their current department.
