About People Helping People:

PHP was created to establish and sustain a community-wide effort to assist residents of Burlington who need food, medicine, heat or utilities and to provide holiday food baskets and gifts for children. PHP strives to address the needs of those in difficult financial circumstances by providing them with basic needs and, more importantly, compassion, understanding, and support.

Currently, the pantry serves between 150 to 200 Burlington families per month or around 550 people. While a slight majority of those served are adults, 40% are children and 15% are seniors.
